6月8日（水）の午前3時30分に自宅を出発。
6月26日（日）に行われる、チャレンジヒルクライム岩木山2011のトレーニングをかねて、次にエントリー（7月23日～24日）している第２５回 矢島カップ Ｍｔ.鳥海バイシクルクラシックのコースを試走してきました。

gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
